Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and objectives for the company
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Lead and manage a team of department heads to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the telecommunications industry
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's competitive position in the market

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
