We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as Chief of Staff Assistant in the consumer goods industry. The Chief of Staff Assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff to support their day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the Chief of Staff's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Chief of Staff
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings
- Assist in managing communication between the Chief of Staff and other team members
- Conduct research and provide information to the Chief of Staff as needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chief of Staff
- Act as a liaison between the Chief of Staff and other departments within the organization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
