Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team in Al Ain. This position is uniquely situated within the telecommunications sector, where you will play a vital role in supporting the developmental and emotional needs of children while promoting a safe and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care and supervision for children aged 0-12 years in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs that foster physical, emotional, and social development.
- Monitor and assess the children’s progress and well-being, communicating any concerns to parents or guardians as needed.
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to explore, learn, and socialize.
- Collaborate with parents to understand their children's needs and provide guidance on developmental milestones and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Facilitate communication between children and their parents, providing updates on daily activities and any incidents.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance childcare practices and stay updated on industry trends.
- Support children with special needs by implementing individualized care plans and collaborating with relevant professionals.
- Assist in organizing and participating in community outreach activities and events that promote family engagement and support.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in child care or early childhood education.
- Relevant certifications in child care, child development, or a related field (e.g., CPR and First Aid certification).
- Strong understanding of childhood development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to create and maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating environment for children.
- Basic knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its impact on families is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
