Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our team in Al Ain, specifically tailored for families within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children while their parents are engaged in real estate activities. This position requires a strong commitment to the well-being and development of children, along with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care, ensuring a secure environment at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Assist children with daily activities including meals, hygiene, and homework, fostering independence and confidence.
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere, encouraging children to explore and express themselves creatively.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff and professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Keep accurate records of each child’s development, attendance, and incidents, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and confidential.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the childcare environment.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in child care.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in child care or a related setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
