Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Lawyer with experience in the construction industry to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling construction-related disputes and litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in construction-related litigation cases in court
- Draft and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis on construction laws and regulations
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on construction-related issues
- Collaborate with other lawyers and legal professionals on case strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized case files

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Licensed to practice law in Abu Dhabi
- [Random number] years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
