We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Clerk to join our telecommunications company in Sharjah. The Claims Clerk will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims related to our telecommunications services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers, insurance providers, and internal teams to gather necessary information for claims processing
- Verify policy information and coverage to determine eligibility for claims
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and related documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns regarding claims status
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of insurance claim processing procedures is a plus
