We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Clerk to join our team in Sharjah. As a Claims Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims related to educational services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and verifying insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
- Contacting insurance companies and policyholders to gather additional information as needed
- Processing claims in a timely manner and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with claims
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and external parties regarding claim status and updates
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis related to claims processing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in claims processing or a similar role
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
