We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the transportation and logistics industry and a proven track record of managing client accounts and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Prepare regular reports and updates on client account performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in client account management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
