### Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi’s pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategic plans to increase sales within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business initiatives and expand the client base.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as marketing, regulatory affairs, and supply chain) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and standards to provide accurate information to clients.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years to 7 years of experience in account management or sales within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
