We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting in managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to clients
- Maintain and update client records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure client requests are met and issues are resolved promptly
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients as needed
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
