We are seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure client requests are fulfilled and issues are resolved
- Provide information to clients about our services, programs, and offerings
- Assist with client onboarding and orientation processes
- Handle client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
