We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Clinical Manager in the energy industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our organization, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of patient care, from initial consultation to follow-up appointments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing clinical practice in the energy industry
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient clinical operations
- Participate in the recruitment and training of clinical staff
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical processes to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical management role in the energy industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
