We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of our healthcare technology projects, ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical strategies for healthcare technology solutions.
- Lead the clinical validation process for new products and services, including conducting clinical trials and obtaining regulatory approvals.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and technology partners.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all solutions meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
- Monitor and evaluate the clinical performance of existing products and services, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology, incorporating new developments into our product roadmap.
- Mentor and develop junior clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical management role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, particularly in the UAE.
- Experience working on healthcare technology projects, such as electronic health records or telemedicine platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing clinical teams and projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
