We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in Dubai. As a Clinical Nurse Educator in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for providing education and training to nursing staff, as well as developing and implementing educational programs to support the continued professional development of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff in the Real Estate industry
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to nursing staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest best practices and procedures
- Collaborate with nursing managers and leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted educational initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing education and incorporate these into training programs
- Act as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing Education or a related field preferred
- Valid nursing license in the UAE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical nursing role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nurse education role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
