We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in Dubai, within a manufacturing setting. The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing training and education to nursing staff, healthcare professionals, and patients on various clinical topics and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and training materials for nursing staff and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on clinical best practices, new technologies, and safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in implementing evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop educational materials for patients and their families.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback and performance assessments.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in clinical practices to ensure training materials are up-to-date.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
- Active RN license in Dubai.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other educational software.
