We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Coding Specialist to join our pharmaceutical company in Sharjah. The Coding Specialist will be responsible for accurately assigning diagnostic and procedural codes to patient records in compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assigning appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II codes to patient records
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of coded data
- Reviewing medical records to identify relevant diagnoses and procedures
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures as needed
- Staying up-to-date on coding guidelines and regulations
- Participating in coding audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintaining confidentiality and data security of patient information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
- [Number] years of experience in medical coding in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding systems
