We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector and a proven track record of managing commercial operations programs effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial operations strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage all aspects of commercial operations, including sales forecasting, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial operations with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of commercial operations professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategies
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators and business metrics to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in commercial operations within the energy sector
- Proven experience in program management and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
