Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Operations Program Manager to lead and optimize our operations within the Consumer Goods sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, project management, and strategic planning, with a passion for driving efficiency and maximizing profitability. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our business objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of commercial programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and ensure program objectives are met.

2. Operational Excellence:
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for commercial initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to facilitate effective program execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and updates.

4. Strategic Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the consumer goods sector to drive innovation and growth.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in commercial operations.
- Identify potential risks associated with commercial programs and develop mitigation strategies.

6. Team Leadership:
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in commercial operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations, project management, or a related field within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
