We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Aerospace and Defense sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense market in Abu Dhabi is a plus
