Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and increase market share in Abu Dhabi and the broader UAE region. This role requires a strong understanding of the education landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance the company’s market presence in the education sector.
- Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the education industry. Utilize insights to inform sales strategies.
- Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government bodies, and corporate clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Contract Negotiation:
Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management. Use data to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
- Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the sales team and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the education sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the education market in the UAE, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
