We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, public relations, and marketing within the education industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote the organization's mission and goals
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website content
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders
- Oversee the organization's branding and ensure consistency across all communications channels
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals to execute communication initiatives effectively
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the impact of communication strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and communication efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in the education sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with communication tools and software
- Knowledge of current trends in communications and digital marketing
