We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Communications Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the organization's initiatives and programs within the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation in the agriculture industry.
- Create and manage content for various communication channels including press releases, website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
