We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and strong communication skills to effectively convey key messages to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the company's products and services in the pharmaceutical industry
- Manage all internal and external communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media platforms, and website content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key messaging and branding initiatives
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication efforts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press conferences
- Develop relationships with key industry influencers and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and visibility
- Create and maintain a crisis communication plan to address potential issues and protect the company's reputation
- Manage a team of communications professionals and provide guidance and mentorship as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in a communications role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for various audiences
