We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Development Manager Assistant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement and making a positive impact within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Development Manager in creating and implementing community engagement strategies
- Coordinate and attend community events, meetings, and outreach programs
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local organizations, businesses, and government agencies
- Collect and analyze data on community needs and preferences
- Support the development of marketing materials and communications for community programs
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community development initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in community development, marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the consumer goods industry in Abu Dhabi is a plus
