We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Development Manager Assistant in the Real Estate sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community development and a strong background in real estate operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Development Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing community development initiatives
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including residents, local authorities, and community organizations
- Manage communication with residents regarding community events, updates, and issues
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement and satisfaction
- Conduct research on market trends and community demographics to inform decision-making
- Assist in managing budgets and expenses related to community development projects
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on community development initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community development, real estate, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
- Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to real estate development and community planning
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
