We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Compliance Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Compliance Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance issues.
- Assist in training employees on compliance matters and ensuring understanding and adherence to compliance policies.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and update compliance policies accordingly.
- Assist in investigating and resolving compliance issues, as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in a compliance role in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
