We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance operations within the education sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations in the education sector
- Oversee all compliance operations, including monitoring, reporting, and auditing activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Manage compliance training programs for staff
- Stay up to date on changes in regulations and ensure organizational compliance
- Lead investigations into compliance issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance operations, preferably in the education sector
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in compliance or a related field is a plus
