We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Operations Program Manager to join our Manufacturing team in Sharjah. The Compliance Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all compliance operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that all processes and procedures adhere to local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to address any compliance issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor changes in regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
- Collaborate with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on compliance activities and findings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience in compliance operations within the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of local and international regulations related to manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
