We are currently seeking a Compliance Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Compliance Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to the education sector
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
- Assist in investigating and resolving compliance issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing reports for senior management and regulatory bodies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the education sector
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to education
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
