We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all compliance operations within our financial services organization. You will work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that our operations are conducted in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any compliance issues
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure that the organization is up to date on all compliance requirements
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance concerns and provide guidance on best practices
- Manage a team of compliance officers and provide training and support as needed
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on compliance activities and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in compliance operations within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) are a plus
