We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concierge Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Concierge Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train concierge staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Manage the scheduling and staffing of the concierge desk
- Monitor and evaluate performance of concierge staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient services and support
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the healthcare facility, services, and surrounding area
- Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
