We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Consumer Advocate to join our team in Dubai. As a Consumer Advocate, you will be responsible for representing the interests of consumers in the transportation and logistics industry. You will work closely with customers to address their concerns, complaints, and feedback, and ensure that their rights are protected.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve consumer complaints related to transportation and logistics services
- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide timely and effective solutions
- Advocate for consumer rights and ensure that industry regulations and standards are being met
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Educate consumers about their rights and responsibilities when using transportation and logistics services
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations to better serve consumers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consumer advocacy or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry regulations and standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
