We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Consumer Advocate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Consumer Advocate in the energy industry, you will be responsible for representing the interests of consumers and ensuring that their rights are protected. You will work closely with regulatory authorities, industry stakeholders, and consumers to advocate for fair practices and policies in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate consumer complaints and help resolve issues related to energy services
- Educate consumers about their rights and responsibilities
- Monitor industry trends and developments that may impact consumers
- Advocate for consumer-friendly policies and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Represent consumers in regulatory proceedings and public hearings
- Conduct research and analysis on consumer needs and preferences
- Engage with community organizations and consumer advocacy groups

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in consumer advocacy or a related field
- Strong knowledge of energy regulations and policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and procedures
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
