We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consumer Credit Counselor to join our team in Dubai. As a Consumer Credit Counselor, you will be responsible for providing financial counseling and guidance to individuals seeking assistance with managing their consumer credit and debt.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of individuals' financial situations, including reviewing credit reports, income, expenses, and debts
- Developing personalized debt management plans and providing recommendations for improving financial health
- Educating clients on credit management, budgeting, and debt repayment strategies
- Negotiating with creditors on behalf of clients to establish repayment plans or settle debts
- Monitoring clients' progress and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the debt repayment process
- Keeping detailed records of client interactions and maintaining confidentiality of client information
- Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices in consumer credit counseling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Strong knowledge of credit and debt management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with clients and provide nonjudgmental support
- Proficiency in financial counseling software and tools
