We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Consumer Advocate to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. As a Consumer Advocate, you will be responsible for representing the interests of consumers in construction projects, ensuring that their rights are protected and that they receive fair treatment from contractors and developers.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate consumer complaints and disputes related to construction projects
- Liaise with contractors, developers, and regulatory authorities to resolve issues
- Educate consumers about their rights and responsibilities in construction projects
- Advocate for consumers in legal proceedings, if necessary
- Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential issues impacting consumers
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices for consumer protection
- Conduct outreach and education programs to raise awareness about consumer rights

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, law, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consumer advocacy, construction management, or a related field
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
