Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai’s financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's operational efficiency through effective contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring all terms align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Compliance Assurance: Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements related to contracts and agreements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence. Ensure that all documentation is organized, accessible, and up to date.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with contracts and agreements, recommending mitigation strategies to management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track contract performance and fulfillment, ensuring that all parties meet their obligations and deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics for management review.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on contract management processes and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in contract administration or management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
