Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in the agriculture sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of contract management processes, and a passion for supporting agricultural initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, risk management, and the successful execution of contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to agricultural projects, ensuring all details are accurate and adhere to legal and corporate standards.

- Negotiation: Engage with stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.

- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all contracts comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and reviews of contracts to identify any areas of non-compliance.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, amendments, and supporting documents. Ensure that all documentation is up to date and accessible.

- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop mitigation strategies. Work closely with the legal team to address any legal issues that may arise.

- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners as needed.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and timelines. Report on any deviations and work with relevant teams to address them.

- Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on contract management processes and best practices. Foster a culture of compliance and accountability within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the agriculture sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations in the UAE.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
