We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Responsibility Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Corporate Responsibility Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives within our Aerospace and Defense organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy that aligns with the company's values and business objectives
- Identify and prioritize key CSR issues and opportunities within the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR principles into business practices and decision-making processes
- Manage and monitor CSR programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Measure and report on the impact of CSR activities, including tracking key performance indicators and reporting to senior management
- Build partnerships with external organizations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to support CSR initiatives
- Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a culture of corporate responsibility within the organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or related field
- Strong understanding of CSR principles, practices, and trends in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies and initiatives
- Knowledge of local and international CSR regulations and standards
