We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Responsibility Manager to join our Real Estate company based in Sharjah. The Corporate Responsibility Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with the company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate social responsibility strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for community engagement and philanthropic activities
- Manage relationships with external partners, including non-profit organizations, government agencies, and community groups
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of corporate responsibility initiatives and report on progress to senior management
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to corporate responsibility
- Represent the company at community events, conferences, and other forums to promote corporate responsibility efforts
- Develop and manage budgets for corporate responsibility initiatives and ensure effective use of resources
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for implementing corporate responsibility programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or related field
- Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
