We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Correctional Treatment Specialist to join our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The Correctional Treatment Specialist will be responsible for providing counseling and guidance to inmates in order to assist with their rehabilitation and successful reintegration into society upon release.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of inmates to determine their individual needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address behavioral issues and promote positive change.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of inmates throughout their treatment program.
- Collaborate with other correctional staff, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for inmates.
- Develop and implement educational and vocational programs to enhance inmates' skills and employability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a correctional or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and individuals with complex needs.
- Knowledge of best practices in counseling and rehabilitation.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
