We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As the Creative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative aspects of our Aerospace and Defense projects, from concept development to final execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in developing innovative and compelling design concepts for a variety of projects within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative solutions meet project objectives and align with brand guidelines
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our creative output remains cutting-edge and competitive
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
- Present and pitch creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- [Random] years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage and inspire a creative team
