Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, marketing, and project management within the telecommunications sector. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire a team of creative professionals to develop compelling marketing campaigns and branding strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of creative strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance brand visibility in the telecommunications market.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists. Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovative thinking.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer engagement.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform creative strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to align creative strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a creative management role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and managing creative teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and brand development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
