We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cruise Director to join our team based in Dubai. As the Cruise Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all entertainment and activities on board our pharmaceutical cruise ship, ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate a variety of entertainment options, including live music, dance performances, comedy shows, and more.
- Organize and lead activities such as trivia nights, scavenger hunts, and themed parties.
- Work closely with onboard vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality entertainment offerings.
- Develop and implement a schedule of events to keep guests engaged throughout their cruise experience.
- Manage a team of entertainment staff, including performers, DJs, and activity coordinators.
- Monitor guest feedback and make adjustments to the entertainment program as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during onboard activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the cruise industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and regulations is a plus.
