We are seeking a talented Cultural Resource Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and preserving the cultural heritage of our pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, protect, and preserve cultural resources within the company
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding cultural heritage
- Conduct research and analysis on cultural resources to inform decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and cultural institutions to support our cultural resource management efforts
- Coordinate and oversee cultural resource assessments and surveys to identify potential impacts on cultural heritage
- Develop and implement training programs for employees to raise awareness about the importance of cultural heritage preservation
- Monitor and report on cultural resource management activities to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in cultural resource management, archaeology, anthropology, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in cultural resource management within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations related to cultural heritage preservation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cultural resource management
