We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong relationships with customers and a proven track record in account management within the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing issues
- Prepare regular reports on customer account status and performance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
