We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Insights Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for analyzing customer data, market trends, and consumer behavior to provide valuable insights that will drive business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer research strategies to gather insights on customer preferences, behaviors, and needs
- Analyze data from various sources such as surveys, focus groups, and social media to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing campaigns, and customer experience initiatives
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in market research, customer insights, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
