We are seeking a passionate and analytical Customer Insights Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to provide valuable insights into consumer behavior and preferences in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of consumer research projects to gather insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends
- Analyze market data, consumer surveys, and sales data to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and recommendations based on consumer insights
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes

Requirements:
