We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to oversee and manage the customer service operations in our retail store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage and train a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality service to customers
- Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Knowledge of Dubai's retail market and customer preferences
