We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the customer service operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies and procedures to improve overall customer experience
- Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment on customer service initiatives
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer service to continuously improve operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management within the Consumer Goods industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving customer service excellence and achieving customer satisfaction goals
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software applications
