We are seeking a Customer Success Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecommunications industry and a strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Success Manager in managing client accounts and relationships
- Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Monitor customer accounts and track key performance metrics
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Assist in organizing and conducting customer training sessions and workshops
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
